Cancellation Policy

Payment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy To provide the best care and respect the time reserved for each client, Dr. Tonee requires the following booking and payment policies: Card on File Required: A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file to secure all appointments. No charges will be made unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Fee Authorization: By booking an appointment, you authorize Dr.Tonee.com to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file. These policies allow us to maintain availability and provide high-quality service to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
